It’s a difficult struggle to know how to help kids manage these new technologies. It’s almost impossible to combat b/c of how our world revolves around screens now… i mean, they even have to have them for school work nowadays. It’s a hard thing to navigate. The far reaching effects on our society and on them as individuals isn’t fully realized yet, but they are certainly coming. thanks for sharing!

You framed this in a way that will stick with me when I try pin people down (so guilty of wanting to understand people so much that I miss their multiple dimensions and ongoing stories.) Thank you for this!!

Great post!

I seriously just sat here and thought about who would have the best sense of humor and my first instinct is to say no one ; ) But maybe Joseph, Jesus’ dad. I feel like he’d have to be the most chill and laid back step-dad ever.

To feel strongly is something special we have in this world. Your kids will have a collection of their own small milestone moments stocked up in their memories as they grow older. We each keep our own little treasures. Sacred to only us.
